My Ron Santo souvenir (mini) bat. I bought this at Wrigley Field about 1972. My husband had it actually signed by Ron about 10 years ago. What a treasure!

Being a lifelong Cub fan, I have to post a piece about Ron Santo being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame this weekend. If you want stats on a darn good baseball career, look up Wikipedia. For Chicago, Ron was a passionate presence, an inspiration, a chuckle during a miserable game.
